The best place to grab budget friendly tires when you need them! I send all of my friends and family here because they’re fast and have great quality tires. My uncle told me about this place a few years ago when I was in a pinch and have been coming here when we need tires ever since!

Went there today to get a used tire put on the drivers front. Mind you earlier I went to put a spare on myself so I took my tire off and put it back on because the spare wasn’t any good either. My studs were fine nothing broke because I know that you should screw the lug nut on before tightening it and any quality tire shop would know this but the guy that put my new tire on here didn’t screw the lug nut on the stud first and used the gun for it and it cross threaded the stud to the van so that I can’t put a lug nut back on it. I told the guy you just made a mistake on my van, I asked for the owner and his son apparently came over and refused to get his father whom I’ve dealt with in the past I used to come here all the time when I lived around the corner. The son wouldn’t even offer a $5.00 discount and didn’t take any responsibility for their mistake instead he blamed it on the van. The only thing to cross thread that hard thick metal is your tool bud not anything else. His response to it was it would have happened either way and I told him that isn’t true one your supposed to screw it on the stud before tightening it so that it doesn’t cross thread and two I just did it not even two hours ago myself with a four way and it was fine. My advice is to go somewhere else if you want quality customer service I would have been even more mad if I had spent 120 on a new tire and then they did this mistake. Either way a mistake was made and they took no responsibility that’s just sad for a business that advertises quality. I own a business myself and I would always take responsibility for any mistakes made by myself or my employees. So if you want any kind of tire put on professionally go elsewhere.

Saturday 3/9/24, I went to this shop to put on customized rims for my truck suv. These were my rims.When I got there I asked the manager upfront can it be done today she said yes. So i pull around, told the owner the same thing. No price given or anything he just start taking my tires off. I tried to go back into the store to get the price the owner says” you talk to me about price”. At that point, the tires were already off, so he quotes me 200. Ok fine. The rims did not come with the lug nuts to it so i was charged another 100 for that. They claimed they had to get the lug nuts from auto zone yet i did not see an auto zone representative or even a worker come with additional hardware (lugnuts) for the truck. But the job was done i assumed. Fast forward to Monday night(3/11/24). I’m driving and the front drivers wheels come completely off. At this point i had to pay for a tow truck(325), get it to my mechanic . It was a long night to say the least. Next morning(3/12/24) i go to best quality tires to explain the situation. I wasn’t irate or anything. (Even though had i been driving at a faster speed or on the high way that could of been a catastrophe) The manager up front did show remorse and concern at first. I gave her the receipt for the initial failed work they did (the 300 dollars) They reimbursed me for the tow truck(fine). I told her i did not have a receipt for the tow , because it was late at night, i just paid it so i could get home. She( manager)was fine with that(at first). I was then told via front manager Vanessa That i could bring the truck back after my mechanic to further fix the bent front drivers door (that happened from the sudden break down)and look over the trucks rims for the fit. And bring the receipt back After i get the tire back on from my mechanic and him fixing the bearings. So i left but suddenly forgot the receipt for their work( they refused to give it to me and did not even want me to take a picture of it)So fast forward to bringing the truck back. I guess front manager Vanessa had a change of heart and suddenly her customer service etiquette was gone. I gave them the receipt from my mechanic they reluctantly reimbursed me for that and the original work they did. They kept all the receipts did not want to give them to me. The owner said he no longer was going to touch the truck or fix the door. Apparently said he saw the recordings and none of his workers made a mistake. He never showed me any recordings or any proof of this. He never showed any remorse at at all.Also the front manager had an attitude saying things like “you only spent 300 dollars” and walked away from me when i said i could of been seriously hurt had i been on a faster road. It was never about the money , your store did faulty work and your trying to clean it up. Then they say “oh”you may need wheel bearing rings for the rim so the rim wont sit on the lug nuts. Thats not for me to know, I am not the rim/tire expert thats been working on rims/tires for years, you are supposed to be that expert. That could of been one of the initial conversations but you wanted the money fast. They also have staff thats doing a service but cant speak English thats a language barrier which could lead to other issues. Now before they say I was belligerent or disrespectful I certainly wasn't I just wanted them to make it right but they choose to do the bare minimum I wont be coming back here and my next complaint is to BBB.

My sister came looking for tires…this place was recommended. She not only received her tires at a good price, she was told about a possible alignment that she will need in weeks to come, not that they had to be the one to do it. She decided to have t done by her own mechanic…but at least she was given a heads up. I would definitely recommend this place. Oh and the young lady behind the desk was awesome!! They don’t have time for nonsense, and neither do I.
