Found myself on Natalie mountain with a valve stem issue and a flat tire. Went to Ski Valley and the guys hooked me up with a new stem at no charge. Ended at Hopewell park for a good run on bullet baby. Thanks guys!!!

Colby and the Ski Valley team are always pleasant and provide excellent customer service. They have a great selection of parts and gear and can acquire anything not normally stocked. They not only have a great shop with convenient location but are also engrained in the local MTB culture and depended on by locals for parts and service. Overall excellent shop!!

Great bunch of guys. Needed some spokes and they were super helpful and had what I needed in stock. Price was also great! I will definitely be frequenting the shop more often with my mountain biking needs.

Legit MTB and gravel oriented bike shop. I got a great deal on a hardtail MTB here and I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a new bike. Call ahead because they may have inventory not on their site, including quality used bikes. I do not ski so I can't speak to what they offer there but they seemed to have decent amount of inventory on hand.

Stopped by over the weekend and was immediately impressed by the welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Having worked in a bike shop for over a decade, I can confidently say these folks are top-notch. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided expert advice on bike maintenance and gear. Excellent service! Will definitely go there again. I wanted to try out a new bike seat that I had purchased online. He attached the new seat to new post and now I can interchange my seats anytime I want. Didn’t even charge me for the post!

My derailed on the front wasn’t working right. I took it to the shop and immediately he stopped what he was doing and in 5 minutes I was out the door. He didn’t charge and said just write a review. I would highly recommend this shop. Paul is very knowledgeable.
