I ordered flowers for my labor and delivery nurse. They(the florist) called the hospital for me to see when she worked so they could deliver them while they were fresh! Wonderful customer service! 100/10 recommend.

I can’t thank you enough for helping my daughter out today and getting flowers to her friend for her graduation party so incredibly quickly! They are absolutely beautiful and the graduate loves them! Thank you for stepping up when someone else we ordered from canceled the order and made my daughter panic.

Had a wonderful experience, got beautiful roses from the self service freezer. Had them done up in a bouquet nicely by the ladies there, prices were great and my date loved them!

Came to Scotts to buy flowers for some special family that needed love on a very sad anniversary. When I couldn't find the right arrangement in their abundant cooler, the very patient staff offered several suggestions. They ended up creating 2 of the most perfect arrangements for my aunt and cousin. I cannot thank Scotts flowers enough. Excellent fresh flowers, talented designers, and amazing service. Will continue giving them my business.

I ordered a basket flower arrangement for my brother's wife's home funeral service. I ordered the Sweet Tranquility -full of color - no white and good amount of roses ( 6 showing in the Teleflora picture which is one side of the arrangement). They said they could do it and assured me it would be colorful and full, with plenty of roses. My brother sent me a picture of the arrangement and it's so far from the Sweet Tranquility I ordered. It's predominantly white, with only two roses showing in the picture ( so 4 total roses- which they admitted while I was giving them my feedback). When I ordered it, I said that maybe a ribbon or bow would be good. Turns out they put a yellow and white polkadot bow in it. Are you kidding??? Not at all the look I wanted. My brother and family got a bunch of white flowers I could get at a grocery store for $10. -$15. - with a comical bow. I got no acknowledgment when I called Scott's - just justification that they are well established ( ie they know what they are doing) and there were lots of different flowers in the arrangement. But no color!!!! and $80 for 4 roses!!!! - Total rip off. If it were my business, I would at least make a quick call or text me saying they are adding a yellow and white polka dot bow. I would have said "No" . Their total disregard for my feedback and their defensiveness leaves me with one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.

I wanted a contemporary clean bouquet of flowers willing to pay top dollar,skies the limit is all I was asking for was a photo to see that they accomplished what I wanted to have made and was told it’s a five dollar charge to send me a photo… I wanted the photo because if there wasn’t enough flowers in the bouquet they were making I would’ve added more whatever happened to good customer service?? Although the girl had a friendly voice she was not friendly. I’m from out of the area so was hoping for help…

Great place for flowers and gifts! They have a nice section of gourmet foods, too. A particular local delicacy is sandtarts, small thin sugar cookies that I'd never heard of before. Glad I asked about them; they're delicious!

Stopped to purchase a small arrangement of fresh flowers and they had to make one up and you could tell she did not want to do it made me feel like I should not have asked her… too bad the customer service is not nice to the customers….the arrangement was beautiful….
