I brought my vw in to get repaired recieved an estimate of 1062$ I said to put a starter on the starter they say was 700$ hmm nvmd went got my car back they charged me 162 gave me the car back tore apart I called my local garage fixed it same day for 50$ didn't need a starter after would not recommend the service manager to jump my car yet alone try to rip me off 1000$ I am trying to get my money back but he won't return my calls shows you what there like I've always fixed my own but I would not recommend there service shop around

Wow…. After talking to 5 different dealers and getting various sub standard treatment ended up at metzer’s. Best car buying experience ever … fantastic. Knowledgeable efficient courteous and just outstanding! Highest recommendation.

Ordinarily, I consider buying a use vehicle a somewhat stressful process. Not in this case. We dealt exclusively with Bob Metzer throughout our transaction. He is very honorable and a true gentleman. He was willing to hold the car that we were interested in for several weeks on just a handshake without requiring us to leave a deposit. Beyond that, as a somewhat mechanically inclined individual, I had multiple requests regarding several normal wear out items on the vehicle I wanted replaced. He was easy to deal with and did all the work I requested. Even after our purchase, we ended up with a dead battery, which he agreed to replace at no cost to us. This overall experience is a rarity, and I feel blessed to have been able to deal with Mr Metzer. I can honestly say that I would send family and friends in his direction should they have a need for a new or used vehicle. A truly wonderful experience through and through. I highly recommend this dealership for all your car needs.

It was my first time EVER buying a car, Ted Brady and the finance guy screwed me over. Took advantage of me and played me. They took my money and ran without explaining the fine details of the first vehicle I have ever bought. I drove off the lot with issues already that did not show in the test drive and now they are totally turning a blind eye. How dare you! Who does that?! Scumbags I am disappointed Ted says he’s worked “30 years in this business” wonder if that was screwing other customers as well. Hope you guys are proud of yourselves at Jack Metzler greedy scum bags.

Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue with the recent service there with no fault to them I believe the new glass roof installed on my recall is tinted a strange color and distorts the color of the sky. The main reason I bought that car was the glorious sunshine and beautiful roof view. I am from Florida so sunshine is my life and living in gloomy PA is tough. Now I feel gloomy instead of happy in my car and yesterday should have been a cheery sunny day. I believe this is the fault of the glass company or Ford but it really takes away my joy of driving my vehicle.
