I have tried 4 times in the last 2 weeks to reach out to this clinic to make an appointment and no one has contacted me by phone, email, etc. Every time I've called it goes directly into the voice message system. One call, OK but 4 calls? Totally unacceptable way to run a big vet practice with so many employees, none of which have taken 5 minutes in which to call or email me. Even if they are not taking clients at this time they should still be courteous enough to return my calls.

Not sure how good of a clinic they are but you need to pay a $200 deposit before they even see your pet. I was also informed that my visit would more than likely cost that anyways so if you’re struggling financially I wouldn’t waste your time

Dr. Ryan provided exceptional care to our dog Mina. He was professional, understanding & urgent in a time where she needed it most. I would highly recommend him and his staff. 10/10 rating

Very unhappy with this vet spent over 500.00 after treating my nodog for UTI since she had blood in her urine. Took her to Berwick vet who found a mass in her colon. She doesn't have much time left ?she had this mass since last year she will be going to heaven tomorrow

I really enjoy coming to this vet. We've had some bad experiences with other vets in our pets' lifetimes from rude service to poor scheduling accommodations, even in emergencies, to simply being generally unhelpful when we did end needing to go.
Animal Care Center has been GREAT. I haven't had to visit too often yet, but each checkup has been such a good experience. The staff is friendly, and the vetinarians have been so kind with my dog, I can't imagine going anywhere else for my pets.
I highly recommend switching to them if you are able to and if they can take you, of course. Best decision I've made for my pets!

Do not take your beloved pets to this clinic. Still waiting for Doctor to call me back after 3 messages, 2 left with receptionist and 1 (after the beep).
NO need to call me now, our Felix 8 1/2 yr old shiszu had to be put to sleep on Monday Sept 2, 2024. We are heartbroken!
Thank goodness for the caring and compassionate staff of the Watsontown Emergency clinic.
My suggestion to Danville animal care is to hire competent receptionists that know how to take and relay messages or hire new caring and compassionate veterinarians that follow up on their furry friends, but then I guess it's all about the money.

Due to nightmarish experiences in N.Y. years ago, i was nervous about bringing a very sick cat in. It was a domesticated Feral i had taken in. A Tuxedo cat. Animal Care Center was so caring! Could not believe the reasonable cost for an Emergency situation!
Dr. Ryan was amazing, in personality, professionalism, and clarity! I felt distraugh
at the prognosis of my Kitty, but peaceful to go forward in steps to take! My total experience with this establishment was excellent!
Highly Recommended!

This place is what animal Care should be! BRAVO ANIMAL CARE CENTER, YOU ARE TOP NOTCH!
My best friend (my dog) and I have been to two other animal hospitals locally in the past but we never fit in. One we couldn't afford, the other they were too snobby and lacked the empathy you'd expect in some situations.
We heard about Animal Care Center and have had two emergencies in the past year so we called, you immediately were able to help us, you were passionate, extremely kind, great service, clean, and most of all.... affordable!!! You followed up, just to see how my little buddy was doing! Thank you! Thank you! You guys and girls are a blessing in this community and I'm thankful you're here!
If anyone is looking for a vet or is unsure about Animal Care Center. Let me be the first to highly recommend switching or if your first time choose Animal Care Center! You won't regret it and your best friend will thank you too!

Brought my dog in for an eye infection and was able to get a same day appointment when I called. Staff was super friendly and the facilities were new and very clean. Not too much of a wait either, amazing experience all around

I did not have the best experience here with neither my cats or my dog. It is pretty pricey for the level of care that they offer. It is clean though, and parking was easy.

Absolutely phenomenal all the way round. Vet was so kind and engaging. Wonderful people and bed-side manner. Affordable. Just moved to the area and this is our vet from now on.
