If 0 starts was a thing thats what I would rate it. Injured my cat to the point where it hurts her to do anything. I know she hates going to the vets to but its no reason to put her in agonizing pain because they felt like it. All they do is abuse animals, please go somewheres else

Dr. Gilbert was knowledgeable on my breed, which was a pleasant surprise as I usually have to advocate for the breed with vets in the area as they are uncommon. She was polite, explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and I felt she truly helped our dog. Font desk was patient with me as we got our vaccine records transferred over from our previous vet. I felt respected and valued as a new client, the prices were very reasonable as well. The best experience I've had at a vet in the 5 years I've lived in this area and I'm glad I found this place.

My visit couldn’t have been better. I presented with a walk in emergency and the whole visit was about an hour.
The staff were very nice, informative and compassionate with my dog. Thank you all!

I brought my cat in for shots, check up, and nails clipped. I waited in the lobby for, about, 35 mins. past the appointment time. Finally someone took us back to a room. The person asked some questions then told me they would be back with a scale and the shots. I waited 25 mins for her to come back. She still didn't come back. My cat was stressed! Nobody told me they were running late. After being there for an hour, we left!!

We were very blessed with the kindness and the attentiveness of this Animal Care clinic. They were so attentive to the needs of a little cockatiel birdie that they never even seen the bird before but had been suggested that it be put under they said they would look at him to make sure there wasn't nothing they could do to help bring healing. My friend Vicki the owner of the birdie was very grateful to the team for diagnosing the bird and they all came to the conclusion that the bird was suffering so they put him under and I got to bring him home to for my friend. Thank you to the staff we are very grateful for your kindness to squeaker and Vicki Mast

Office is clean, most staff are friendly, there’s one lady in there who I think is very rude, expensive!
No other vet was taking pets so I had to take my baby girl here. I tried to make appointment elsewhere, but wasn’t able to find, so I had to keep going here.
My baby girl was sick and needed to be put down last minth after close to a year of painful relapses, and this last time was pretty bad to where I made the gut wrenching decision to put her down.
During vet visits, she’d need to have blood drawn, and staff would always bring her back to me with her chest soaked in rubbing alcohol. I had brought this up to staff several times that I, her owner, do not want her blood drawn in her neck. I was told by the doctor that that’s where they draw the blood and they basically won’t honor my request. I didn’t like that one bit! I would wash her off at the sink to remove the alcohol. The tech said “the fumes won’t hurt her.” Yes they will! Alcohol fumes are harmful and/or fatal. How about you douse your hair in alcohol and try to breathe normally while it dries and get back to me.
That terrible day I needed to put my beloved down, that rude lady was working and she wasn’t very compassionate at all. Also, I’m asking the vets for future pet parents who need to put down a furbaby to ALLOW them to HOLD their babies while they are being out down!! It’s already a horrible experience, LET US HOLD OUR BABIES!!
I took her in when she was having a relapse and the vet had the NERVE to tell me she was “crying wolf”! Tf!! My baby girl was put down not long after that… think she’s still faking doc!? GFY!
Also, the day I picked up her ashes, the bag that she was in was put on the counter, the lady said “take care” and turned around and walked off. The other lady at the desk didn’t say not one word!!! NOT ONE WORD!! Now mind you, my baby girl is ashes in a box and you can’t say anything comforting!? You gotta treat it like a business transaction!!?? Just plunk her in the desk and walk off!? LNO CONDOLENCE CARD IN THE BAG!?!? YOU CAN TAKE MY MONEY and charge me HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS for visits and to put HER DOWN BUT YOU CANT GIVE ME ANYTHING COMFORTING BESIDES a damn pamphlet on how to navigate the grieving process and the certificate of her cremation?!!??
I called the vet I was going to take her to for a second opinion to cancel her appointment and told them what happened… she had more compassion than any of Yous at Alpine, and she never met me or my baby girl!
Take your pets somewhere else that actually gives a damn instead of the almighty damn dollar!!

First let me say that my reviews are truly my opinions, you may have a different experience than me. This was my first time attending this vet clinic. My 17 month old dog had been hospitalized recently at another clinic on an emergency. He needed his vaccinations so I made an appt to get those and have a consult with the vet about his diet. I mentioned this to the reception person when I called. When I got there, the doctor examined him, gave him his vaccines and just went to walk out of the room. I was very annoyed as the consult was the most important thing on my mind. The doctor told me to write down what I am currently feeding him (home cooked due to his gastric condition) and walked out the door, leaving me with the vet tech, a piece of paper and a pen. I was told the vet would get back to me and they never did. I feel this veterinarian does not really care about our beloved fur babies. The vet will not take the time to listen to concerns. I do not recommend this vet at all, but in my previous statement, you may have a different experience.
