“Called for a tow on Black Friday. Brian showed up faster then any of the other tiw companies. From the time I contacted him and he showed up it was a half hour later. Very professional and courteous. Will be calling him again if I ever need a tow in the future.Now 2 months later and I needed a tow with another vehicle. Insurance roadside assistance had me sitting for 2 hours and couldn't find anyone. I called Brian up and he was there within a half hour of calling. In the mean time I contacted Insurance company and they contacted Brian and they paid him. Great guy and will definitely keep calling him to help if I break down again.”

The guy from the other company told me that my stuck vehicle could be a police matter and that it can be considered an accident so it is best if I pay him $3000 to get it towed to a truck stop. All lies. THANKFULLY Boot and Hanks showed up and displayed a level of integrity that was commendable.Their price was reasonable, the friendly customer service was excellent and the driver went above and beyond to help. In a situation that could've been an opportunity to capitalize on distress, they were honest and transparent. Recommend them without hesitation.”

“I was traveling from Delaware to my home in Canada during a flash flood alert in December 2023. After a fueling stop my car suddenly wouldn't start and I was stranded at a remote area off the 81 North. I called Duchniks and Amy promptly sent a truck and towed back to their shop. Miraculously the car started so I fueled up and drove straight home without ever shutting the car off until then. Of course it works now fine that I'm home but I was really stranded in PA and can't help thanking Amy and the tow driver again. I am a retired 70 old mechanic and have dealt with my towing companies. Prompt service, professional diver, super clean truck and fair prices! Thank you.”
