Love Paraco! We have a camp 3 hours away and a week before we get there I request a fill up online and it's done within a day or two. Receive a bill online, pay it and we're all set.

Paraco saved the day! After two months of torture dealing with Ferrellgas I contacted Paraco to see what they could do for me. Customer service answered quickly and then put me in touch with a manager, Joe Roggio. Joe was phenomenal! After going over the fine details, Joe said he could have a tank set the next day! And less than 24hrs I had a tank set and filled. Can't ask for better service! Thank you!Update: HVAC company stated that I was not getting the correct amount of propane to my furance and I needed to contact my propane company. I specifically asked if this was going to be a billable service. I was under the impression that if it was a problem with the tank and regulators outside then it would be a paraco issue and I wouldn't be billed. They came and determined that the second regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. Nothing was said at this time that the second regulator is owned my me and I would be responsible for the part and labor. No comfirmation that I wanted to replace it. I received a bill the following day for $438. Mind you the labor is charged at a lovely $175/hr. After 3 attempts to get to the bottom of this unexpected charge. I finally got the well its owned by you so it is your problem but we do acknowledge that it was not clearly explained about billing and what belongs to paraco and me. They did reduce the bill but it definitely leaves a bitter taste in my mouth about how this was handled.

From the install to the first fill up, the team at Paraco was awesome! Darla from sales kept me in the loop every step of the way, Max L from the install team was professional and courteous and took the time to explain the system to me, and finally Mike N (super nice guy!) carefully maneuvered around our driveway when he came to fill up the tanks. Great group of people and I highly recommend them!

I lost a watch in September 2019 while visiting family in upstate NY. I gave up looking for it. I received a call from my mother saying a propane delivery person from Paraco Gas had left her bill on her door in a plastic bag. Inside the bag was the missing watch!!! The delivery person hadfound it in the yard.Congratulations Paraco. You have an employee who went above and beyond the call of duty! An employee like this one is an invaluable asset to your company. Please thank the delivery person for me.

Very reliable! Delivery easy to set up online, or can email their employee Staci McGirr and she is very responsive and takes care of issues right away.
