In the spring of 2022, we noticed moisture on the ceiling of the outside walls of one of our bedrooms. We contacted the following: our roofer, plumber who both confirmed there were no problems and finally we had a very knowledgeable neighbor check the attic. His assessment was we only had a couple of inches of insulation. He suggested we call John H Myers and they blew in insulation. In the fall of 2022, the moisture was worse. Now it was in all the bedrooms and living room plus there was moisture running down the walls. I contacted the young gentleman who I had originally dealt with and he said he was sure we had a leak in our bathroom pipes which go thru the attic to the roof. Our plumber was called again - no leaks. Then he suggested if our sump pump in the basement had any water in it this would cause moisture - not the case. I asked him about installing baffles and he felt it was not necessary. We then contacted a professional from Lancaster County who had to remove all the insulation, install baffles and put in new insulation. Had it been done correctly in the first place it would have cost us a lot less money.

Horrible experience before I even purchased anything. Pam P in cabinets was nasty to me and my wife twice in the last two weeks. I stooped by two weeks ago asking about custom cabinetry and three women were in their offices and I was the only one in the area. Went into Pam’s office asking for help and she snapped I’m not supposed to even be here...im headed to a meeting so what do you want. Explained what I needed and asked if I could email her the specifics. She said that would be great. Emailed her today and we received a nasty voicemail from her asking why I emailed her and doesn’t remember me at all. Way to go Pam...not getting my business.

We contacted Myers to fix the broken spring in our garage door. They arrived promptly that day. They were able to block the spring so we could use the door for a few days until the parts needed to fix the door were available. They came back the next week and installed the new spring and also installed weather stripping and reinforcement braces. We were very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Myers!

Paid incredible money for a front door replacement. It warped and then rotted out in 8 years. They do not return phone calls or provide any support after taking your money.
