This is the worst place ever .i was talked to and treated like dirt . My initial visit was done in the lobby , nothing was explained to me . I was charged a 150.00 for a five minute return .rude ppl.if I could give zero stars I would I don’t recommend and won’t come back and I have to the 15 th to sign your staff told me irs might not accept I called irs that’s a lie. This is the second year going to J-Tax-S, we love Jeri and her staff they all treat us with respect. They were so patient with us and answered all the questions we had about taxes. Jeri and her staff are all knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help their clients. We will continue to show support to small companies like J-Tax-S rather then go to chain companies. Highly recommend J-Tax-S for your tax needs.

I have been using J-tax-S for over 6 years for our taxes. They are very down to earth, friendly and also will be honest about your timing. If you are looking for someone I would recommend J-tax-S 10 out of 10. I will support a small business over a big box tax company any day.

J-Tax-S is the only place that my husband and I bring our taxes to get done. We have been going here for the past 4 years and we will not go anywhere else. The best place ever to get taxes done!!!!!!

I would not recommend this place. The woman seems plain down lazy to me. She did our taxes for us twice & both times she said we owed in. I researched myself & realized she missed & neglected deductions for our business & had to have amended & payout to another preparer to do paperwork to get our refund. I'm talking thousands of dollars difference. Go somewhere else.
