Ordered 2 lbs of stew meat. After a week of not returning calls or emails, the meat was finally shipped. When we received it, I was dismayed to realize that we were shorted a quarter pound of meat—and of course no price adjustment. Outright theft and poor customer service.

So I ordered without reading reviews and I’m out $60 it looks like. They charged me two day shipping and I placed the order on the 10th. It’s now the 19th. I called daily and emailed twice. I don’t know what to do. Don’t buy from these people.

I have been looking for venison for a while now but it seemed everyone was sold out. Then I found Highbourne Farms online and somewhat local, "Pennsylvania". I ordered 9 pounds of ground venison and a few venison steaks. The pricing was spot on and so was the overall purchase. My order arrived very quickly and very well packed. The meat was packed in styrofoam inside of a box. Everything was still frozen and looked very fresh! I will definitely be buying more venison from Highbourne Farms in the very near future. Thank you for the exceptional quality venison!

I would NOT recommend order any product from this company. I placed an order for $200 worth of meat. After calling numerous times with no response to get a tracking number, the meat showed up 3 weeks late. ROTTEN. I've called multiple times for a refund with NO RESPONSE.

Like other reviewers have stated, Highbourne will not answer their phone. I placed an order on a Saturday and did not receive any shipping information. It’s now nearly a week later, and I have not received my order, despite the fact they charged me 2 day shipping. Horrible customer service!

This is the most AMAZING local deer farm around! Excellent staff; Office Manager Cathy is a generous and helpful person; beautiful environment, high quality products, and well cared for livestock. They treat the animals with love, kindness, and respect! Come here just to see the deer, or to pick up your favorite meats, it's an experience you will never forget!

Would not recommend this place at all as a owner of a food business we purchased large quantities of deer was promised 2 day delivery never received order called 17 times a day and they never answered the phone yet they took payment the day we ordered.
