I'm surprised to see any bad reviews here. Toni at Frank Storm has done my taxes since 1996 and they are pretty involved with personal and business. I'm not the best with paperwork and Toni always seems to understand my mess.27 years is a long history of satisfied service.

Toni is excellent she knows what she is doing. If I ask a question she answers all of them I wouldn’t use anyone else They make it do easy The staff is also helpful and very nice. Marian

The woman in the white Jaguar SUV must not have a life or a family. She is there nearly 7 days a week. In interactions, she is rude beyond belief. If you’re seeking services of this type, go elsewhere.

This place does not treat their employees right. They overwork without paying for overtime, and even expect employees to eat while working rather than taking an actual break. The moment someone speaks up about the improper working conditions, they are let go. In other words, if you question how they run the business, they just get rid of you to bring some other unsuspecting person on board. I wouldn't bring my business to a place that treats their employees this way. I'd be happy to revise this review as soon as they either train their management team how to properly treat their employees, or hire in new management.

Very happy! Had an incident of tax fraud from a couple years ago and Priscilla took very good care of me. To the extent of even finding me more of a refund than I had figured I was getting. Will continue to go back!

Wants overtime work performed, but doesn't want to pay overtime hours. Wouldn't get my taxes done here even if it were free.

Been getting my taxes done here for 15 years, they went the extra mile when I needed help with discrepancies from the IRS, was never charged for any extra time.
