I went to the store to print out a packing slip to print out one piece of paper that was not even color it was almost $2 is this normal The internet says it is should be anywhere from $0.10 to $0.50 and a little more for color pages. Does anybody know if this is right that this guy had charged me $2 to print out one piece of paper

Should have looked up reviews before going here. Charged me $26 ground shipping to ship an item that was less than half a pound and dimensions of 6"x4.5"x1" never go here if you are paying for shipping they are sincerely robbing people. I didn't know there was a regular post office right up the road. I will never use the ups store ever again. When I asked why the shipping was so much i was told I don't know.

Horrible location. They charge you $1.83 to drop off a package. Go to Kingston much better and no charge.

Unfortunately it is not recommended that you use this UPS Store location. You are much better off going to your closest UPS depot and shipping your packages directly from the depot. From my recent experience this particular location cannot be trusted if you are purchasing your labels online and then dropping your packages off at this location. They are also very unresponsive when contacted directly through "FB Messenger" as well. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After getting a shipping quote to send an item out at $22.## on one day, I came back the next day with the same item, in the same box, and realized I needed to get a box that had about .5-1” more depth. Had they told me that the box would be too small the day before, I would have brought a different one. The shipping quote jumped up to $50, plus $20 for the box and the labor involved in putting a one-piece 20” long item into the box. I never had an issue at the other UPS store locations, and I would gladly go back to the other stores first.

They are friendly when you are standing in front of the them but I have tried to call there for two days repeatedly. NO ANSWER. I have left messages to confirm they rec’d the bar codes for returns so I can send my husband out with the packages. How hard is it to answer the phone or return a call. I would say that is part of running a business. Please look into this issue
