Was very pleased with the ceramic coating and tinted windows. Carlos was extremely nice and explained everything that needs to be done to the vehicle afterwards and told me if I see any flaws he will take care of everything. This is a brand new metallic black Cadillac xt5 and looks better than it was on the showroom floor!!! Great job team royal.

I had my windows tinted today. Very good price and work is perfection. I arrived as scheduled and vehicle was ready as promised. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of care care and enjoyed talking with him. Genuinely nice guy, shop is spotless and I highly recommend. Thank you.

Im beyond words of the product Carlos offers at Royal shine. I waxed my car in the past multiple times and having a black car is not easy to keep it clean. I was skeptical about ceramic coatings at first but now all my cars will have it. Carlos coated my Acura and I let it sit for months without being touched. I even forgot that it was coated, recently I finally got around to taking the car out for a drive and i decided to take it to a regular machined car wash due to it being late. The car looks exactly as the day I picked it up from Royal shine. I was blown away by how the coating has kept up all this time and I machine washed it and didn’t dry it and it had no water marks mind blown. All I gotta say is I Highly recommend if you been on the fence about it take my word it works.

Carlos and his team did a fantastic job on our cars. My wife wanted tinting on her Audi for a Christmas present but we were unsure so we did my '17 RAM 1st. It came out great, so we had her car done as well. A+. Very happy wife.I also decided after speaking with Carlos to get a 2 stage paint correction done on the RAM and to have it ceramic coated. We also added PPF in strategic areas that were prone to scratching (rear door pillars, RAM box, Tailgate). Truck looks brand new.Once wife saw it, we had her Audi done (2 stage and ceramic, no PPF). Her car looks better than new.High quality job, great communication, done on time. Would definitely recommend.

IWe bought my wife a 2014 Porsche Cayman with 119 miles on it in April 2021. We had a company the dealership recommended apply PPF from a name brand company. The car isn't driven in the Winter unless it's a rare PA sunny day and I have only used Griot's products on it. I ran out of Fall weather, so I stopped by to talk to Carlos about an exterior detail, including wax. He explained that he does not "wax". He looked the car over and pointed out the minor swirls in the paint and PPF. He provided a recommendation, but wanted to make sure his products were compatible with those originally applied so he asked me to contact the installer and he would contact his. After confirming there would not be an issue, I called him yesterday and said I wanted to proceed wanted to schedule the appointment. He said he could do it today.I thought the car looked very good when I dropped it off. However, when I went to pick it up, I was amazed at the brightness and depth of shine. And no swirls. Looks brand new. I felt the price was very reasonable, considering what he needed to do and the time it takes me to wash, clay, and wax it.We plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the Spring and will be taking it to Carlos to PPF and coat it.

My experience with Royal Shine and Carlos was very professional. They took my truck in for ceramic coating the same day I called for an appointment, and it was finished a day ahead of schedule. I was very happy with the results. Carlos reviewed the warranty details explicitly, and offered to help in any way possible in the future. He also explained in detail how to take care of the ceramic coating. Carlos puts out such amazing quality work my car ever been dealt with. I walked in the shop looking for tint options. He offered so many options and explained everything I needed to know about the tints. And it’s covered under warranty. Highly recommended I will bring my car again and all my friends and family that are looking for quality.
