The flagrant ignorance and unwillingness to be helpful cost me four trips and an over one month delay in having a car registered. Every time I went there, I was given a different reason why they could not issue me a title and registration. When I finally went to a different business, l was told it could have been done on my first visit. I will not go there again, not even to drop off a package for FedEx.

Dawn from Northeast Tag and Title was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . Within 30 mins my jeep was insured from Northeast Tag and Title. she had the jeep registered in minutes. The next day I was able to get the jeep inspected and That's one less headache I don't have to deal.Sincerely,JennA

Quick and efficient! Easiest way to get all your title and tag work done close to home. Definitely easier than driving to the DMV for the same service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could....the lady there is NASTY not only on the phone, but in person. She has NO clue. I needed my DD214 notarized as a true copy. I explained to her that the military does NOT mail out a hard copy of this document. It is downloaded as a PDF and printed. She just couldn't track and kept muttering something about her notary license. HELLO, we are in the ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AGE! Almost everything is delivered ELECTRONICALLY. Even my Orders for RETIREMENT were available ONLINE for downloading and printing...NO hard copy was sent to me. She is cluefree...talk about the letter and the spirit of the law...she understands NEITHER!!!! STAY away...she is just one bad headache.... go to a UPS store. They get it and will work with you...

We had the most ignorant person help us and I don't want to point fingers but HER name started with a D :). Totally unprofessional literally would laugh in our face and shake her head. So rude I highly do NOT RECOMMEND. Not sure who hired her or why she's still hired but someone needs to learn so professionalism. Maybe needs to be given a taste of her own medicine and told what's up also.

I hate this place. The woman who works here is rude and miserable. I hate going there, but today I needed to have notarized a couple of signature pages from a 250 page document that my office emailed to me, and didn't have a lot of options. I waited for over 45 minutes while she took her good old time with 2 customers ahead of me. Then she immediately turned me away because I only brought the signature pages. As if she would have looked at all 250 pages! Furious, I left and called another notary and asked them about it. They said "Bring whatever you want - All I'm doing is witnessing and sealing that I checked your ID, that you are who you say you are, and that you signed those pages in my presence. I don't care about the rest of the document, none of my business." Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Went in to get a paper notarized today , women working today was super friendly . I’ll be back if I ever need these services in the future . I read many horror stories about getting something notarized in my area ( not this particular business) glad I went here instead of another place .

Called up to get a copy of registration because the website says it's a bad portal and I can't print it out. They wanted $31, $25 fee plus $6 for the duplicate, to print me a new one after I already paid $42 to renew it online. Called Leonard's auto tag and they charged me $17. Guess I'll be doing business with Leonard's from now on

The lady some how mistaken the sale price of 3000 for 4000 then charged me for it and said there was nothing she could do. And don't forget about all those "fees"

Lady told me my license was expired only to find out after a trip to the dmv it didn't expire for another year witch if I looked I would have known but she should have been able to read a drivers license considering its her job.
