“A few weeks ago, I left work from Crystal Vision Center( thankfully across the street from Auto Zone.)I hit a nail or something that put a hole in my tire, it was completely flat.I'm not from this area and I'm not familiar to anything around. So I was a little nervous.But!! Then I received the best treatment. Im so very grateful to Auto Zone for helping me, they sold me a tire plug and filled my tire FOR ME!! Very very nice people and they went beyond their duties to make sure I was ok. Thank you thank you thank you Auto Zone. Your employees are wonderful and so appreciated.”

The staff immediately checked other stores in our area and found them at two different locations. They ran to both locations and brought them to the Dallas store for me that day! “What a difference! I took a chance and went to the store in Dallas. I was absolutely delighted. I had been to the store in Hazleton multiple times and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I would not go back to the Hazleton store if they were the last store carrying the part I needed. The Dallas store was clean well organized and the staff was extremely helpful. I will absolutely go back there again. Candidly A&A Auto parts should drop the Hazleton store they are giving them a bad name.”
