What a difference! I took a chance and went to the store in Dallas. I was absolutely delighted. I had been to the store in Hazleton multiple times and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I would not go back to the Hazleton store if they were the last store carrying the part I needed. The Dallas store was clean well organized and the staff was extremely helpful. I will absolutely go back there again. Candidly A&A Auto parts should drop the Hazleton store they are giving them a bad name.

Everyone that works here is friendly and I am always able to get what I need for my car. The manager, Pat always goes above and beyond for his customers! I love how they try to make it a store you wouldn't mind bringing your kids to. For Christmas, Santa comes and in the summer they do cook outs!

Visited this location a few times. Sometimes there's guys in their phones seeming annoyed that I came in, sometimes they have cookouts and play with remote control cars. Overall the staff seems like they are uninterested in working. I usually have great experiences at a&a auto stores. Guess unfortunately this location is different. I'll stick with Dave from the Hazelton location for my future visits.
