If you need to apply for passport this is the right place to come.”

“I have used this Post Office for the past 10 years. I personally have never had an issue. I can state that there are new people at the front desk in the past year that make the energy more "people friendly".”
“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”
“We visited this post office on a Monday afternoon for finger printing. We reached there at 12:06 and we were done by 12:15. The staff Suzanne was very helpful and extremely kind.
This is the first time I felt USPS can be welcoming and helpful. Kudos to the staff in this location.”

“It's tiny and rather worn-looking but if it's your town post office, it's charmingly the same for decades (push, don't pull!). The postal clerks have a dry sense of humor and know their regulars. There are post office boxes, stamped mail drop, and a stamp machine for after-hours business.”

“Went to the cottman and frankford Philadelphia branch,associate was great.I'm sorry I didnt get his name,I was mailing a passport renewal application. He asked me if I wanted him to check it to make sure it was in order, I told him sure,Glad I did,had some issues that would have delayed it getting processed.he was wearing a navy veteran hat and wore glasses with a beard..he should be commended for his professional work ethic..and I and my wife thank him for his service..”
“Every time I’ve been here it’s been horrible to work with people. I had documents that needed to go out and it sat there for over a week. Today I met Jerrica ( spelling?). She was helpful and very nice. Friendly and efficient. I hope she is the start of a new trend for this office.”
“I wanted to make a quick note that on two different occassions my packages were sent to the wrong address with only one mistake being that of the Post Office.. with that in mind, Joe researched both matters and they were quickly resolved. Thank you Joe! And Thank you Mrs. Mail Carrier for identifying that you had in error placed my package in the wrong box. She came back after her shift in order to correct it.
