Clean market type store with grill in the back. By far the best tacos I've had in the area, highly recommend! They are not set up to dine in so anything you order will be to go.

Came here to try this authentic Mexican bodega. I had the steak burrito and the chicken flautas. The flautas were crispy, the chicken was seasoned well and they were adorned with cheese and sour cream. The burrito was solid, but the flautas were the star.

Great gem! I ordered a carne asada platter that comes with rice, beans, salad and hot tortillas and it was amazing. It was so good that it would have been disrespectful to eat with a fork and knife. This is authentic Mexican food we're taking about. I ripped the tortilla and ate with my hands. It felt like I traveled to Mexico and back. I will be back to try everything on the menu.

5 star for the Huarache. As a San Diego transplant, I struggled with the idea of giving up Mexican food in the east coast. The steak Huarache has been the only saving grace with the salsa de rojo. All the other food has been mid, as well as communication barrier being a nuisance.

Worst Mexican food I have had in years!!!! I lived in tj for 2 years so I know good cheap Mexican. This was neither cheap or good! Taco bell is a better alternative!

The food was amazing it was literally inhaled in less than five minutes that's how amazing it was. I wish I could give more stars honestly. The people there are super friendly too and I love that i can find some of the groceries I can't find anywhere else in there. This is definitely a hole in the wall kind of place! The tacos were full of flavor within the first bite and the torta and gordita were so good and we appreciate the fact that the food was spread out throughout and wasn't just in one spot. AMAZING! Wish I could've posted a picture of the food but it was devoured right away
