Absolutely AMAZING experience. Checker Flag auto helped me when no one else would even listen. I’m a single mom and a nurse and after recently getting divorced things were tough. They got me the SUV I needed to fit my families needs. They got me the financing and they got me home in time to get the kiddos off of the bus ! They worked with me to get the right car I needed. Was very friendly, and reasonable. Their prices are great. I got a 13 Chevrolet suburban and I'm in love with my new vehicle. Definitely a place that will listen and work with your needs.

UPDATE..... business is not taking responsibility, so i filed a complaint with the BBB and attached all my proof.
The people were nice to talk to. The reason for one star, Not good business. I went there for a certain car, and they said my approval didn't work for that car. Found out later, it was an eligible car with my approval. So I drove a couple others. One was leaking oil pretty bad. I settled with a 2010 acura mdx. This was one week ago today (Monday Aug 12th) . At the time of my purchase the website says comes with PA inspection. He said all his cars were "preinspected" for inspection. And to bring it back tomorrow (Tuesday the 13th) and he will have it inspected. So I said if it's ready for inspection I'll just take it close to home and pay the 50 dollars for the sticker. Would have cost me that much in gas to back there. He said I wouldn't have an issue getting it inspected. I took it for inspection today, it FAILED. Two bad tires, non working fog lights and bad rear shocks. I immediatly sent him a picture of the failed inspection which listed the problems. He did not respond. If he would have gotten a sticker on this car the next day, it would have been done illegally. Now on the website I don't see it listed where the vehicles come with inspection. But I'm attaching photos to show it said that at my time of purchase. AND my car is still for sale on the website. Also was suppose to come with an oil change, but my oil is at 30% so it needs an oil change now. I've learned my lesson. Be aware.

Unfortunately they will tell you one thing on the phone and have you travel to tell you something different in person. Vehicles are dirty, inventory is not what it shows online. They have many excuses on why but very few answers. The person(s) showing you the vehicles is not knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot. I’m not sure if this is a hobby or a business. Do not recommend.

After all the dealers I went through, this was upfront and honest. They show me the entire contract and nothing was hidden. Definitely bringing my family and friends here to purchase our next vehicle. It's been over a year and my car is the same as I got it.

Hello so I filled out application for a suburban I was approved for a certain amount they had a suburban coming in that match what I was approved for very great service the guys are always helpful after geting my truck a few days later check engine light came on for bad o2 sensor took to the shop they use and they not only took care of it but since I lived very close they picked the truck up from shop and dropped it off at my house since I could not get it due to my daughter sleeping very nice easy to work with took great care of me from start to finish and more

I purchase my first vehicle from here and my goodness, I will probably never go anywhere else. I was so nervous hearing so many horror stories about how to behave and not get taken advantage of, all of this is irrelevant here. They are kind and helpful in all the best surprising ways. Mason was very kind from the beginning and still kind after I've purchased the vehicle and call to ask questions. I did NOT feel taken advantage of, I still feel like I got an extremely good deal and my 2011 Honda Odyssey is in such great condition in both function and appearance. This place is truly underrated! Got my Honda accord from them a little over a month ago and I love it! They were great, worked hard to get my payments down to what I wanted them to be. And very friendly people, always answered when I had questions. Overall it was a good experience i definitely recommend getting your car from them!
