Ever since the new owners took over this place has gone to crap. New employees are hard to understand and dont know anything about the store or the inventory. Empty shelves on items commonly used and purchased around here. And always running out of cigarette brand inventory. Basically no reason to shop here anymore with the other 2 convenient stores in close proximity eith better selection and choices.

Scamming and horrible customer service. Will not give me a refund or connect me to anyone in charge. Pratik Patel and sangita Patel sold me a portable charger that did not work and then refused to give me my money back insisting that swapping for another portable is the only thing they can do. After the 2nd portable does not work they will not give me a refund and will not give me anyone to talk to who is in charge. This store is run by children who do not respect their customers. I would never recommend this location to ANYONE and I will never be spending my money at a 7-11 with these scammers again.

I don’t usually bash 7-11 but this one is rude. I was literally the only customer and I mean literally the only customer there. Pepsi was delivering soda only him and I. Then there were about 8 people that worked for 7-11 doing inventory. I waited at the counter for what seems like a few minutes but I was trying to be patient because they were busy. As time went by people kept waking by me and saying nothing so I stopped which seemed like the boss or owner because he was directing everything so I asked him if there was a cashier and with an angry tone he said “yes but you see we’re doing inventory don’t you ? “ and wouldn’t look me in the face as he continued to say “she’ll be right with you “ and then again said “ you see we’re doing inventory “. 7-11 was great when it wasn’t individually owned. This is my second bad experience with a 7-11 in the last few months.
