Kelly was extremely nice and helpful, even when the computer wasn’t working. However, Donna (I think her name is?) made me feel really dumb when I told her I had never sent out an international package with a customs form before. She told me what to do but did not help me much. It wasn’t until Kelly came over and assisted me that I got any help. Next time I will definitely be doing this online to avoid the attitude.

They refuse to deliver packages.What’s the point of buying online if I have to drive to the post office to pick up my packages?The excuse is often animal interference due to dog being out, even though we don’t have pets.Today I was expecting an important package, saw the mailman pull up to the mailbox then spend the next 5 minutes getting in and out of his car 4 times to check the cargo area and then he just drove off without delivering my envelope which would fit in the mailbox.A couple minutes later the delivery status changed to: No access to delivery location.How?!?! You were literally next to the mailbox.I wish I was privileged enough to where I can refuse to do my job just because I feel like it.I’ve had enough of USPS. Absolute joke.FedEx and UPS deliver to us without a single hiccup.

Posting for a friend her mail always ends at somebody else's house a package today delivered to the neighbor, mail delivered to her house that she has that person had never lived there and the person delivering it we had to track her down and she says oh they must have moved I said they never lived there, Clueless. I know it's a busy season but this is been going on long before the Christmas season started

Staff is nice, however today was the fourth time in two months that we needed to drive to this post office to pick up our packages after having delivery denied, because our NEIGHBORS dog was out. Not even our dog, on our yard. The neighbors dog in her yard. I get it would be a safety issue, especially if the dog is barking, snarling, or circling the car. But that's not the case.. at that point, why not just stick the packages in the mailbox? Especially since what I get is always either in a small box or envelope. It's just lazy if you ask me.. plus, I think it's funny how FedEx can deliver no issue, but USPS can't.

The people who work here are very nice and helpful, but on multiple occasions, my packages have been shoved in lockers so tight that I could barely get them out, and the contents were broken. Also, the point of having a PO Box is to be able to check your mail after business hours. They close it too early for people who work.
