I love casales I started going here after a moved to the area, they helped me out a lot when my exhaust needed welded they fit me in at the end of the day, they did my oil change for me in no time and my inspection as well. Owner is very friendly and has a sense of humor along with his assistant. They usually prefer you to drop the car off if you can. Always call for an appointment as well they are always busy.

Do not recommend. Got these guys to mount my winter tires on and the next morning I notice one of the tires is not mounted on the wheel properly and was losing air. They had me bring it back to take the tire back off the wheel and tell me the bead of the tire was ripped/damage and this is why it was not mounting properly and holding air. (These tires are basically new) they claim they were not the ones who damaged the tire but at the same time said they did not notice any damage when initially mounting them on the wheels. The owner I assume, got loud with me in the waiting room arguing about who is at fault and responsible for making it right. He said the best they could do is split the cost of a new tire with me ( $90 which I did not agree to ) they ordered the tire anyways and called me a few days later to bring the car back to them. They took my car in and replaced the new tire without talking anything about if they were going to cover the full cost or not. At the end of it they claimed I agreed to pay half the price and essentially were not going to hand the keys over until I cut my losses and paid. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you don’t have any basic knowledge of vehicles at least. In conclusion, they sent me on my way to drive home then to work the next morning and then back to their shop on a wheel+tire that was unsafe to be driving on. They either damaged my tire and did not want to own up to it or they carelessly installed a damaged tire and sent me on my way risking my safety and possibly others on the road.Service: Tyres

Carmen and the guys are truly professionals. They got my truck back on the road like new in no time. Tire mounting, brake jobs, alignment, it's a 1 stop shop. The prices and service can't be beat !

I’m telling you I have never experienced service like I’ve gotten at this garage. Took my van in to get a bearing replaced. I won’t go anywhere else to get work done after the way I was treated here. I’d give 10 stars if I was allowed.

1st - No masks!!! Even during COVID! Dirty and gross environment/people. Worst garage experience ever and would never go back nor recommend anyone else does. Started off with a $120 "look over" or "check up" that I was led to believe would be free(no biggie) eventually led to $2K or more worth of parts needing to be ordered(believable, fixer upper). Was told my parts were ordered and should arrive over 2-3 day period and to expect a call the moment they were in to get me/me vehicle in(knowing the importance of getting this vehicle fixed and soon). Week passes, no call. I call. They said parts have still yet to arrive. That's fine, not your fault, shipping is weird right now. Another 5-6 days later and I'm left with no options but to call and inquire again... "Still waiting on parts" I'm told. "Also booking out 2-3 weeks so I don't believe we'd be able to actually work on your vehicle until the end of January-begging of February.".. Do not waste your time or money. I think I learned more then what they work with for mechanical knowledge in kindergarten playing with Tonka trucks and learning my ABC's.
