First off, I was recommendedd to by Steele's. Was assisted by an individual there where I found the trap w fitting necessary. Though it came with extra parts, The essentials where there, 20 minutes later back at the house, I installed the part (1-2 min) Works like a charm!

I completely and totally understand about the fear of this virus, but when you have a person like me who is deaf, communication is limited. My hot water tank busted and I needed 4 fittings,The guy who answered the door told me I had to call in my order, I said I'm deaf, he said I work in the electrical department, that's your problem, I can't help you and closed the door and walked away.
