Joe and Mario delivered a piece of furniture today. When they introduced themselves, they shook my hand and we're friendly from the start. They were timely and gave the utmost care. Highly recommend!

Super stressed about moving to Hawaii, but Susie, Mario, smokey, angel, Bernardo and the Hillard brothers definitely made it a pleasant experience. 4 days to pack up everything, they took care of important things for me and we're super friendly. The one kid had a weird obsession with twilight though. But they're awesome other than that.

Beware of sketchy business practices...the information given to me in the initial call regarding fees was not at all accurate. Also beware that they require a third party company to come in and disassemble pianos, unhook washer/dryer, etc...and the third party company they require is a complete rip off. The move itself went ok, but dealing with the business side of things was not a good experience.

Although the packing was fast we had issues scheduling a walk through which delayed our eventual pack and ship date. More importantly, we discovered on delivery that some items were broken and perscriptions had been stolen. Also, one of the movers on the morning of the pack smelled of alcohol.

Although the packing was fast we had issues scheduling a walk through which delayed our eventual pack and ship date. More importantly, we discovered on delivery that some items were broken and perscriptions had been stolen. Also, one of the movers on the morning of the pack smelled of alcohol.
