“Always receive friendly knowledgeable service. Never have to wait to get pkgs. mailed. Always have the latest stamps. Entire staff always has warm friendly greeting. Best customer service of any post office. Parking can be tricky but there is always somewhere to park when I arrive.”

I just felt like I had to come here to say that the folks who work in this post office are the sweetest and most patient people. “This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online).They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure.The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order.There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos).The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”

It felt like they cared and weren’t just going through the motions of their jobs. If I at all took it out on you, I’m sorry. I tried not to, and you don’t deserve that.”
“We have never ever had a bad experience with our mailbox delivery, house package delivery, or at the actual post office. All have been rather uneventful and pretty much forgetful- which is what you want. Well done Sarver Post office!”
“I don't get all of the extremely negative reviews, but I was just in line to buy stamps and make sure Xmas cards had the right postage. There were about 5 people in line ahead of me, and at first, there was just one employee. Soon, a 2nd joined, and the line moved quickly. The employees seemed efficient though not warm and friendly by any stretch. Still, I was in and out with what I needed. There was ample parking. No complaints here!”
“Stopped in to get my son's passport reissued. The staff was friendly, professional, and the process went very smoothly. Started on-time and took maybe 15-20 minutes, even with a photo being taken. Very well done!”
