“My son had his truck towed to new life auto in girard pa. This was our first time ever going to this garage. April was super friendly throughout our multiple phone calls and Brian (the owner) went above and beyond ! Not only did he have the technician spend hrs trying to track down the issue in my sons truck, (which unfortunately they couldn’t repair there) however they did figure out what the issue was . he didnt charge him for the hours of tracking the problem down. We then took it to the dealership, which said they couldnt fix the problem. Brian continued to stay in touch and kept trying to help us get the truck somewhere to resolve the issue. He genuinely cared that the issue was resolved.”

“Being new to the area, I was pretty nervous to find a reliable shop to take my car when a deer ran into my vehicle, causing a decent amount of damage. Initially I called the location in Erie, Pa but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind enough to tell me he would recommend me calling the Fairview location since they were booked a month out. I really appreciated this, since I know any shop could have gladly accepted my vehicle knowing I would be paying an arm and leg for a rental for over a month. The Fairview location was also incredible. They kept me routinely updated and each time I called with a question the staff was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Bonnell's Collision to anyone who finds themselves in need of a body shop.”

“We blew a tire on I-90; thank God we were okay and the car wasn’t damaged. After the most annoying call with the insurance company, the state trooper ended up just calling Eagle Auto to tow us. Got there in only half an hour, towed us to the nearest tire shop, and even called ahead to the shop so we could get a tire ASAP. Nice people, amazing service. Thank you for helping us out!”
