I love the staff, that's why we keep coming back! The last time we ordered was sooo easy, they even matched online pricing for us and are shipping contacts straight to our house! They take care of myself and my daughters every time! Heidi, Chip, Dena, Goldie, Beth... they are all great!!!

After getting my new glasses and frames, my doctor needed to make a change to my prescription due to unanticipated surgery. Visionworks understood and is making a new pair for me, without charge, under their 100 day complete satisfaction policy. That's great customer service!

The optometrist was extremely thorough in examining me to ensure that I did not have anything problematic with my eyes. He had no problems answering my questions and giving me advice on how to address some things that are developing due to my age.The sales staff thoroughly explained my insurance benefits and what my cost would be for the glasses that I picked out. They also provided me with opinions on how some frames looked on me. But they never tried to push me to buy any particular type of glasses. They gave me the feedback that I needed to make an independent decision.

Great people, great optometrist, great customer service. I went for new glasses and eye exam an even though my prescription didn't change much from my existing prescription. I had questions for the optometrist and were answered very well in an understandable way which educated me as well with their answers.

They changed my appointment without telling me. I didn't receive a phone call, voice message, etc asking me if they could change the time. The notes in their system even said that someone will need to call to see if they could change my appt time. All they had to do was let me know and it would have been totally fine. I thought I was showing up early to my scheduled appointment so I showed up 10 minutes after the time that they wanted and they still wouldn't see me.

Love the staff at this location. Everyone we've dealt with has been so nice. They quickly took care of an issue with my son's glasses. I'll be going there for my next pair.

We love vision works! Heidi is wonderful she's helped us multiple times throughout our time with vision works. She's such a sweet heart and explains everything very clear so you know what the costs will be and explains what your insurance will cover. Dr. Curry was super nice and listened to my concerns (light sensitivity, dryness) and the pre-test woman was very kind as well, especially when i got all nervous about the machine that blows air into your eyes. Would definitely recommend them, my husband and I are very happy with our experience. We each got new frames, thank you Visionworks team!

Very helpful and caring people got me in quick, I had something in my eye approximately 3-4 days ago and was told it was a normal to have a weird and blurry vision for a corneal scratch, called the lovely people at vision works and they got me in very very quick and they removed an object from my eye and it feels 1 million times better trust and believe they will take good care of you
