After hours at a different Verizon store and several techs with no luck I headed here where Adam had my phone working in no time, He was a life saver when everyone else from Verizon was helpless. Two thumbs up!

Probably the best experience I’ve had with Verizon in awhile. The staff were helpful and taking care of customers in a timely manner especially for it being iPhone 15 release day! These guys worked well together and helped each other as well.
