Just tried to use the customer service phone line and gave up after an hour and 30 minutes in queue. Great job folks. Get it together or sell your business.Follow up: I was contacted back and problem was resolved.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this credit union! Hands down have gotten the best rate then ANYWHERE for a car loan. Every time I go in they are so nice and polite. I have never rated a banking establishment over 3 stars and I am more than happy with my experience with usx! Definitely recommend!
