1 star across the board. Never once do they mail us our packages to our house. Get a million pink slips then expected to wait in long line to retrieve our packages that were supposed to be delivered to our house. Then have to deal with rude customer service on top of that. It’s 2024… get with the times damn!

won’t deliver my mail because “my mailbox was broken” . it wasn’t and i went to pick up my stuff and told them and they said they’d deliver it from now own and they still aren’t even the packages that wouldn’t fit in the mail box. never had this problem in my 21 years living here and when u call the phone it just says “pick up at office”

Was supposed to have a package delivered today with a signature. Both adults were home in the house. Got a notification that the package was being sent back to the mail carrier due to nobody available to sign. I could see on my camera when they delivered. They did not even get out of their vehicle. They placed the regular mail in box on the street and drove off. If you don’t want to get out of your vehicle to deliver packages, maybe find a different job! I will be calling to report over the phone as well.

I run a tv repair shop and use this post office daily the old white lady there is the worst I ever seen constantly rude causes me to be there way longer than I should that woman needs to go!! Get rid of her gray hair old Karen woman talks about getting a raise LOL what a joke I would fire her at any cost…. I will never use this place again… I’m gonna call someone about this…

Some of the front desk employees are rude. No respect towards customers. Passport appointments are joke, we call them appointments so we do not have wait extra hour.

I am constantly getting everyone else’s mail but my own !!! Very frustrating, I literally cannot have anything important sent to my address because I know it will end up elsewhere.

I have lived here for a year and a half. My mail is consistently delivered to other people or not at all. My packages are often left at my neighbors home. My mail carrier has left outgoing mail in my mailbox on several occasions. I have never had any issues with the USPS until I moved to this area. I consistently had issues with mail pickup and appropriate delivery at my business as well. Items mailed to clients would REACH the client about 60% of the time. Ridiculous.

Nobody is there. The lobby is open but the service window is not accessible due to a locked door. There is signage regarding an internet outage; did they not pay the bill?

The post office is good. It's the delivery people I have issue with. They are constantly giving my mail to neighbors. I'm receiving notifications that packages are delivered and I need to check neighbors houses to find my package. Yes. My mailbox and house has address numbers
