Trusted them to send an expensive package internationally. They entered the wrong country and my package is floating around in Africa somewhere instead of Switzerland. Heidi the store manager assured me she would be checking on it daily and update me and she has yet to return a call of mine. I can understand a mistake but zero effort on their part to help me locate the package or troubleshoot.

Hands down the best group of people! I had a wonderful experience with the Team here at this location. I had forgotten my belongings there and everyone I spoke to in help creating a label, packing, shipping, clearing it out of customs was incredible! Thanks to Sandy, Heidi, Cal, Derek & the Team!

I stopped in yesterday 9/5 to ship back a box of work pants. I had a return label already in hand provided by company. The lady was in such a big rush she scanned the label to me and rushed me out the door. Well today 9/6 I come home and there sits the box of pants that was supposed to be shipped out. She literally shipped me my own box overnight.Next time listen to the customer saying they have a return label and asking you if you needed it before just scanning anything. Now I have to go back out to ups to reship the box

I’ve only been at this store twice but both times awesome service. Second time they told me that I needed to go to post office to send package. They still put in a package sealed it and put on label. It doesn’t seem like much but I’m 72 and appreciate all the help l can get.

Having a Really bad experience.I Shipped one package 3 months ago and was lost in transit. I Filled a claim for it and since 3 months I visited store more than 15 times to get a status of the claim. Evetime I went there Manager says they are so busy and don't have time for follow up. Sometime she is not at the store and other employees don't know what do to and told me that manager will give me call with update but never calls back. Still waiting for Proper Response and Refund for lost package. God knows if I will get it or not with these type of customer service.Highly Recommended to use FedEx.

Genuinely awful. I dropped a package off there. They lost it. When I asked about it, they acted like I had done something wrong, and said there was nothing they could do to help. Nothing. They told me to "call UPS because we're not affiliated with them." So they lost a $400 package and have no accountability. And I'm still out the package. Heidi in particular is very rude.
