I've used an account number with my company at every other ups store I've been to, but it's suddenly doesn't exist here. Fantastic. The lady at the front desk was nice, the attitude from the guy in the back was not.

I had many items yesterday that I needed to ship back to Amazon. I know you don't make much money taking these returns. I wasn't organized like I usually am and apologized to them. It was 30 min to closing time. I didn't realize one needed boxed but I had a box and the associate told me I could email the label to them. Soooo helpful and they were really busy. I should have left her (& the gentleman who also helped) a tip. Their patience and kindness was highly appreciated! I'll do better next time :) Working with the public isn't a day at the beach - thanks again!

Excellent and fast service. Ups store website said print job wouldn't be done for another 8 hours but I called and store employee said he would have it ready within next few minutes.
Got to the store, was quickly processed and my package is on the way out. Thank you very much!

Notary open until 5pm weekdays. I made a special trip for passports for my children and Google posted hours until 7pm. I'm here at 6:30
Ups says Google won't update.

Heidi was extremely rude, NEVER met someone as rude as her, for absolutely no reason at all. Everyone was just staring at her. The UPS store should be embarrassed and management needs to deal with that. That’s embarrassing. I’ll be sure to go to the next closest UPS store just to avoid the old grump.

They never sent my UPS package and would not pay the $100.00 that was the amount of insurance on the package. Prefer Wexford UPS>

Trusted them to send an expensive package internationally. They entered the wrong country and my package is floating around in Africa somewhere instead of Switzerland. Heidi the store manager assured me she would be checking on it daily and update me and she has yet to return a call of mine. I can understand a mistake but zero effort on their part to help me locate the package or troubleshoot.

Pressing charges in ups... for commiting a federal crime.. changing delivery addresses to there access points.rhe closure of UPS can't come soon enough
