“Fantastic service and support today. Called about a tire inspection question on my TrailRunners. Came in, and Ryan walked me thru everything and confirmed tires were safe and good to go. Took the time to explain and educate me on tire construction. Above and beyond, and very knowledgeable. At the end of the day, they cared and supported their products. That’s what mattered. Will come back here”
“I was in the middle of a roadtrip with two kids and a car the was recently serviced before my departure. The steering wheel was really shaky though so I called to see if they could just quickly look things over and tighten the bolts on my tires. They got me in quickly and really helped me out. Thankful for kind people!”

“I found a slow leak on a tire, and went to Costco Tires to check it out. As I bought the tires from Costco, they will fix all leaks free (when a leak is safe to be patched). I found out about the leak at the last minute, so went without an appointment. Kim was great, and was able to accommodate me, Andy fixed the tire within 35 minutes (they originally estimated 1 to 2 hours). A big thank you to Costco Tires! The Tire Center is located in the main lobby itself with the shopping carts (not inside the shopping area), and the parking area for the Tire Center is located around the left side of the building - see photos.”
“Tom who was at the front desk was very helpful in setting me up for the appointment. He did give me a call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I feel I received a very honest service.”
“They were able to get my car going after it blew a hose connector during the 4th of July. They were a bit slower than I would have liked, and I felt the price was a little higher than it needed to be to fix the issue, but they did get me going again and the car has had no issues since then!”
