Had walk-in copies printed once at the location, in and out. This time, I went to get the same copies printed again and woman at the counter told me she couldn't do the job because they close in an hour. It takes 10 minutes send a file to the printer and print 24 pieces of paper. Not happy after working the whole day to get these printed on time. I figured an hour before close would be plenty of time.

What happened to my old rewards? When you went to the easy rewards app, I lost ALL credit for turning in toner and buying toner. No notice, very un happy and disgruntledNew program socks, so much for customer service and support

Had some copies done same day but at another location and discovered later the color match was very off. Showed my receipt from earlier and asked if they could oblige fixing the poor copies. Thanks to Kevin at the copy center, I was able to get them correct and not spend another $0.79 a copy.

Google reads it closes at 7 but the store has posted hours of 6. No wonder why these places are going out of business.

While I admit to being a technological neaderthal, ordering on-line for PICK UP (not delivery) is laborious, confusing, and frustrating. Which is everything a web-site ought not to be. And "Chatting" with their "Chatty Kathy" to get help is an exercise in self-removal of one's appendix. Only less fun.

I placed an online expedited order for printed wedding invitations at 11PM on 9/7/21. I called the store around 8AM the following morning, as I was concerned about the paper options listed online. I reached Becky in the printing department, and she couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. She printed several paper options for me to come look at before she printed my order, and she custom cut the invitations to fit my file size. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout our interactions, and I am so pleased with the final product.

I went to print 30 pictures from my phone, all in one album, some pictures duplicates and the older lady at the desk for printing who was already complaining about not having a lunch told me that 30 is completely unreasonable and unless on a thumb drive she will not have the time to help me. She was "too hungry" and had paged "am I ever going to get a lunch break today?" over to her other associates prior to assisting me. Only 4 pictures can be printed via email and my request was "not a few pictures but rather hours of work". Never had an experience like this at this staples before but this older lady with short hair definitely was not there to help any customer.

Staples staff in Cranberry said that face shields are not acceptable and only masks are allowed in their stores. I won't shop there anymore. No store will dictate my life.

I went to have a dozen files printed and bound and the printing manager told me to use the self service. I tried and the printers were not working properly, he was standing nearby and heard my struggle yet refused to help. Offered me "credit" if I leave it for a day to be printed. I left and went to FedEx Kinkos where I was treated well. Terrible service and I'll never be back.
