WARNING!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS FABRICATOR!!! We did not source them directly was sourced by LOWES countertop project. This has been the worst experience ever! Their work is amateur, cannot even do a clean seam, chipped the countertop and will only polish it, significantly damaged wall and left for us to have repaired ourselves, seamed a counter that was not trapped, claimed has to be (had another professional come look and said not true) and worst yet there is a 3/8" gap on one end of counter. Level does not sit flat, bubbled in middle and lazy susan will not close properly due to angle they have counters coming together.DO NOT USE LOWES either! Escalated to Lowes, and the fabricator came back, HEATHER who flat out lied. Said they sent service manager and we denied service which is not true. They sent an installer from Ohio who said that it was not done right, told us it could not be corrected without refabricated, said piece was clearly not cut correctly, and not shimmed appropriately.SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND TROUBLE and do not use this company!!!

It's a very sad day when you're technicians are completely incapable of taking measurements with a tape measure.Sims-lohman sends an employee out with a big tripod measuring machine-it really gives the impression that they are top notch, using state-of-the-art equipment, "wow!" I thought. "These guys are the real deal".Fast forward - I get an email showing me the "advanced measurements" their special laser tripod made and it's got wacky lengths that are imperceptible to the human eye. the front of my counter was 1/64" different from the back, etc.So fast forwarding to install date, it's fully installed and there's 1/4" gaps between the back of the counter and the wall ??. Eventually those gaps will get covered up by the back splash, but the point is - why invest in this insanely over priced laser measuring system when it's still wrong? How much worse were your employees measurements prior to introducing this system!? If your engineer can't manually input these measurements for the cutting process without the laser system, you should reevaluate his credibility..I paid waaaaay too much for a counter top installment and I know it now.Contract claims that Sims-Lohman installs counter tops - but I did all the work.. I spent 10 hours leveling my counters, removing the counter tops, just for their technicians to come and set them in place, caulk and leave. anyone can do that - that's not installment. I also had to install my dishwasher install bracket - simple enough, except it was 1 of 2 things Sims-lohmen was contractually obligated to install and they asked me to do it. ? the other thing was counter tops. 1 for 2I had to have back splash measured separately from counter for no reason other than they are incompetent employees. This business will not be around for long.I will say this on a positive note - everyone I met in person was very nice and friendly. very nice vehicles.

I contacted the company about a huge blemish I discovered while the installers were finishing up. They said it will go away. I didn't. The company has done nothing but give me the run around. Stay away from doing business with this company. Update, after three weeks, still no resolution. Worst customer service ever

I own ClearLine Design LLC and Sims has done several kitchen and baths counters for us. The speed and quality is by far 99.9%. On my rating. The deduction for .1% is only because I wish their crew could stay longer to talk. Very kind group of people, in and out fast with only perfection in site. Thank you Sims-Lohman for always delivering for our clients and now your clients.
