This is now the second time my order has been wrong. The first time I has ordered 3 chicken sliders, only got 2 of them. Now this time I ordered a chicken burrito and for whatever reason they put egg on it instead? How do you screw that up? Why would I order an egg burrito at 1 pm?

I like this Sheetz it is very new and looks great, one thing that they could do to improve it is to add more power outlets for people to plug their phones into while sitting down, as for the rest I have only good things to say hopefully they will continue to build on the new places like this going forward

This location struggles with food and fuel, and succeeds in location.I’ve had wrong food order multiple times in the few weeks this location has been open. I go up to an employee to ask for the correct order, at which point I’d rather just order person to person, minimize risk of a wrong order and save the wait time.I’ve received the incorrect number of chicken strips, which could be my fault for not checking before leaving, but it shouldn’t be something I need to worry about. I paid more to receive a higher number of chicken strips, so not receiving what I paid for (twice) is understandably upsetting to anyone.My friend had an issue with pump and pay at this location which is a minor inconvenience. They should not have the option listed at all than for the option to be available and just not work.The location is very convenient as I shop in cranberry a lot, but they have too many issues that I’d rather just go to the location on freedom road.If you prioritize experience, convenience and attention to detail, I strongly advise you to do the skip this location. You’ll either spend extra few minutes driving to the freedom road location or you’ll spend an extra few minutes waiting for your food to be prepared correctly.

Staff was snarky when I just ask them to make my order correctly because they made it incorrectly. Less than impressedAlso the lady who left the 5 star review WORKS FOR SHEETZ so obviously she is going to leave a 5 star review. Her review is not based on a real experience. It shouldn’t count in the metric. Please do not deceive people into thinking this location is better than it is.

I'm super loyal to Sheetz. However, they definitely rushed the opening of this location. On two separate visits, I've had to move to a different pump because the original one I selected wasn't functioning properly. Additionally, the entrance/exit is only convenient if you are heading east bound on 228. Otherwise, plan on adding at least 5 minutes of street lights to get here.

SKIP THIS LOCATION AND GO TO THE LOCATION ON FREEDOM ROAD!! I read a google review that advised this very thing and I should've listened. they messsed up my order and I ended up waiting. staff was pleasant enough but quality is a miss for the sheetz standard.
