Employee was rude and off putting. When I entered the store, she asked if she could help me find anything and I asked for recommendations on hair dye. She said “I don’t recommend using box dye at all because it damages your hair.” Don’t you work in a beauty store? I should have walked out and not given this store my business since the cashier doesn’t recommend using products that they carry. Definitely won’t be back in.

All the employees are very helpful and the new manager has made a big improvement not only to the presentation of the store itself but also to the quality and expertise that the employees show to their customers!

Employee that checked me out was extremely rude. I asked if I needed an account for rewards very nicely and she looked me up and down and scoffed. So rude for no reason. I don’t know her name but she was wearing a black top with blue skinny jeans had medium length straight dark hair.

I used to go to Sally’s for multiple reasons. However this last trip i was told a week ago a certain dye color would come in. I came back out to get this dye after a week an she tells me their truck just came in from a prior week i had visited. I assumed like most places she would take time to try to find it as she said i would have to wait another week an they should call me with the rain check as it will come in. Excuse me but she couldn’t take time to even look. So i guess i will find another location where the employees care about their customers.

I got wax from Sally's and didn't like it so I went back in to see if I could return it. I didn't have the wax with me but the lady was so polite and said "of course" I said "I don't think I have the receipt" she said "that's okay😊" so I went back in to return the wax and there was a lady leaning on the counter with her phone in her hand. I asked if I could return the wax and she said "no not without a receipt" so I said "oh really, I was told I could" and she went on asking who told me that and what did she look like and that she was the store manager. I was super offended and felt bullied into describing to her what the girl looked like. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not going back to Sally's.

I have never experienced any negative situations with any of the staff. They are more than helpful and quick to serve your hair and beauty needs. Keep up the great works Sallys staff ! Merry Christmas to you all!

There are no testers and no manners here. I asked if I could try on a few specific colors...got a rude "NO" and a lecture. I was informed that this is store policy, which is fine. However, the way the salesgirl enforced it was unacceptable. After lecturing me, she then blocked me from seeing the rest of the store! (The lights were also off, which I found odd.) Having been at a different Sally's earlier in the day, I was excited to make a purchase when I walked in. After my visit, I was excited just to leave! So I took my business elsewhere...directly to their competitor in the same strip mall. I can't speak for the cleanliness of the store or the quality of the products, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt...but I definitely won't be back to check!
