Service is not great and I was mislead into opening an account because of a promotion which they did not honor. If they offer a bonus for a new account, don't feel confident you'll recieve it!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and online services with this bank. We opened a high yield savings account and a checking account, both of which we were drawn to by promotional rates or cash rewards. Their online platform is a hot mess and we had to go in multiple times to have paper statements turned off, which they charge you for, because the website was glitching and wouldn't work (despite attempting on multiple devices and internet browsers). Even worse, the online account page shows your available balance to include checks recently deposited, but if you transfer it to another account (even though it says "available funds to transfer), it will overdraft you. Of course, we then lost the bonus and despite showing them the error in their interface and being assured by our representative it would be taken care of, the manager Shelley was absolutely unwilling to work with us. Every time you go, you're there for like an hour- no sense of urgency in getting anything taken care of. Immediately pulled all of our funds and will go down the street to Huntington Seven Fields where customer service is 5/5.

Beware of this bank. One of worst services received ever. They don't care about the customers nor do they do due diligence even after multiple follow ups. Worst of its kind

Justin Brown with the Cranberry Township, PA branch was very enjoyable to work with, accommodating to my needs as a new business owner and assured me that working with S&T for my business banking needs was the right decision. Justin was very knowledgeable about how to best help my business and made sure all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. I look forward to a long and mutually prosperous relationship.

This is a great S&T branch to do business with. I have multiple accounts with them and it's always a smooth and easy transaction. Rob & Justin have been great to work with and are always quick to respond and help with anything that I need. I highly recommend this branch and the people working there.

After having difficulties with the Irwin branch, I was referred to and have been working with Justin Brown ever since at this location and couldn’t be happier!!... From our initial interaction to our follow up conversations, Justin has been empathetic and will go above and beyond for his customers. I would highly recommend working with this branch. Keep it up Justin!!

Came to open an account shortly before closing but denied service, when asking the manager if a customer arriving to do banking would be denied service by a teller the manager said no. So at this branch a teller can help a customer past closing but a manager can not. It is good to be king of a S&T Bank Branch, not so for a peasant teller or customer.
