I will never bring my vehicle here again. I got my Alfa in Strongsville Ohio, when I moved to Pittsburgh I needed some work done on my car. I’ve never had a worse experience. For one they couldn’t get me in a loaner for weeks on end. The service advisor made it seem like it was my fault cause she couldn’t answer any of my calls when I was available. Then after waiting a MONTH for my car I call to check when it will be ready they broke the coolant line they were fixing. I understand mistakes happen but I had to reach out to them to even get this news. Got my car a week later after they fixed the turbo and coolant line. Two days after having it check engine light is on. They said it was nothing they did and tried to make me get another appointment. Well fast forward just got my car back from a local guy that does my oil changes. He said they had messed something up with one of the evap lines. Thankfully he fixed it free of charge check engine light is gone and my car is running better than ever . I say all this to say DO NOT take your car here.

Went in to have my rear passenger window replaced due to someone hitting it - window was shattered but held together by the window tint. The window was successfully changed but the pillar beside the door was damaged (scratched/gouged) in the process and glass pieces were still inside of my vehicle floor board when I took possession from dealership.

For a dealer I’ve never dealt with before. Ron Lewis Alfa Romeo treated me well. Specifically salesman Terrence and sales manager John. John looked at the details of my trade-in in ways that most dealers don’t. He took into account that I maintained the frame of the truck so it was still solid the whole way. He tried to give me the best offer he could. He was a grand under my pay off at first but when I told him I wanted to pay my current vehicle off he offered to split the difference of mine and his offer on my trade. Terrence seemed like an upfront saleman that wasn’t out to get your money by being pushy or sugar coating like some salesman do. Only thing I wish about the truck i just purchased is that it was certified.

i bought a 2017 jeep from here and it was the best choice. Dustin was amazing! he was super nice and so easy to work with. completely went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted! the whole shop had a welcoming feeling to it! my car looks brand new even if it was a preowned! i defentily recommend!
