Absolutely outstanding!! I reached out to the Ridge Insurance Agency, just looking to see if I could get a better quote on insurance than I was currently paying with Geico.. Zack gave me a call, asking those insurance questions. Lol. Not only did he go above and beyond in making sure he understood what I was looking for, he helped me understand the proper coverages needed in my situation. He answered all of my questions in detail, and treated me not as a customer, but almost like family. Zack saved me over $100 a month!!! My policy has better coverage now, and was able to pick up an umbrella policy all while saving me money!! The Ridge Insurance agency truly cares about their customers and what they need! Truly blessed to now have them as my insurance agents, I know that whatever I need going forward they will be there. I used to love this company. My parents used them, and then I did when I got my first car. Bill was always available to answer questions, kept in touch, and did a wonderful job. My family has been customers for probably 40 years. However, they no longer answer the phone, or even respond during regular business hours. The phone goes to an automated answering service, and tells you to select a number for who you wish to speak with. Even when you hit the button to talk with someone, they don't answer and you have to leave your name and number. I have gone through the entire directory during an emergency situation and not one person answered the phone. I don't know what happened to Bill R., he used to have a great business, but it seems he doesn't care about his clients at all.
