We used this rental location to store household items between moves. When we unpacked our items into our new home we discovered cockroaches and our couches returned to us with a distinct odor of "filth" that they did not have before storing them. The home we moved into is not a new build but it is definitely clean and it was definitely empty. When I called to report cockroaches to the storage unit the woman on the phone immediately denied the possibility that the pests came from them. She was also not interested in hearing my personal information to determine which unit we used to investigate the situation. She abruptly hung up the phone.
