They cancelled the last three appointments, two of which were reschedules from previous cancellations by them. Two months of scheduling & rescheduling, etc. They cancel last minute too. Horrible experience.

Quest in Cranberry Twp is always fast and efficient. I scheduled on line and received a text for check in. I checked in from the link in the text when I arrived. I was called back within 1 minute and was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Honestly the worst lab and corporation. Greedy as all hell. I would avoid this place like the plague. Wish I could give it negative stars.

Absolutely awful. I tried for several hours to make a reservation. After being unsuccessful, I decided to just go and wait. I checked in at about 1PM. Waited and waited and waited. At 2:45 the woman comes out and posts a sign saying no more checkins. I asked if she would accommodate the people waiting and she said no. No warning no information during the wait. Nothing. Just some snarky remark when I asked why she didn't say anything during the almost 2 hours that I waited. So ridiculous. Terrible place.

Be aware that the latest they’ll accept walk-ins is 2:30pm (a full hour before closing at 3:30pm), per the employee that turned me away when I arrived at 3:10pm. If this is an actual policy, it should be online. If this is not an official policy, then management ought to take notice of how this location operates.

Had an appointment on 15th and was closed for unforseen circumstances. We can reschedule but how about those going in for a surgery. You need to do something about this.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. First trip, they were unable to draw my blood because they couldn’t access my orders. Okay, okay, things happen. So I reschedule an appointment, go out of my way to have a print copy of my orders, and return 15 minutes early for my new appointment a few days later. This time, I find a note on the door stating they closed for the day. How do you close when there are appointments scheduled? With zero notification. GR.
