ProSource of Cranberry Township, replaced all my carpet at my home with Shaw carpet that we bought at ProSource in Cranberry Township. After two years I started to notice the higher traffic areas were show signs of matting down and showing signs of wear. I called my salesman Mr. Clint Boozer at ProSource, and I explained to him that I felt the carpet was showing signs of wearing out earlier than what I expected. Clint was able to have a carpet inspector come to my home to inspect the carpet. The inspector did a report on the carpet and to my surprise within a couple weeks I was notified by ProSource that Shaw the carpet company that made the carpet was going to replace all of our carpet in our home at no charge to us. I was so pleased with Mr. Clint Boozer for handling this problem and we also really appreciated the carpet installers, JT McCormick's Carpet Installation. He did a wonderful job removing the old carpet and installing all the new carpet. I would highly recommend both ProSource of Cranberry and JT McCormick, Carpet Installers.Thank you so very much,Mike & Sherry Cinker169 Warren RoadWarrendale, PA 15086

As a contractor Prosource is a great resource for me and my cuatomers. You can send your customers there knowing that thwy will be taken care of by great knowlegable professionals. Of which Clint Boozer is the best. But everyone at Cranberry Prosource are awesome to work with.

Upon initial consultation it was an okay experience. I worked with Amanda who showed me around the showroom and was there to answer questions. I brought with my my own designer to help in picking out the right flooring and handles for our kitchen cabinetry. We ended up ordering premium vinyl plank flooring AND door handles for the cabinets. The handles were great and competitively priced. What was not good 1) quality of the vinyl planks is not up to par, 2) ProSource did not replace any of my damaged flooring -which was damaged in the box, 3) the management team never got back to me-sitting here a YEAR later and still waiting for them to replace all the boxes that my contractor gave back to them. I still have one whole room without the flooring.

Maybe it's just me but I had a frustrating experience with them. I called about a week or two out to make an appointment. My installer sent me there to pick out carpeting. I'm a nurse so I can't make day appointments. I could get there by 4. They told me upfront that the specific person who works with my installer did not work late. They said that actually anyone could help me. They would just give him my numbers and work it out that way. Well I run in after work and everyone just stared at me when I said that I had an appointment. They couldn't find it scheduled anywhere but they did offer that I go into the back to look at samples and someone would meet with me. An hour later, still no one. I came out with samples and they said to take them. That was it. No help, no sorry. Nothing. 5 people sitting around, like I was an idiot. I thought patronizing someplace other than a big box store would render a better experience. Nope

If one could select negative stars, we would. We had the unfortunate experience of working with the wife of the ProSource Pittsburgh store manager as our design consultant. Should you decide to use the store, please be aware that this nepotism exists. You can probably guess how complaints about the "design consultant" might be received -- at the end of the day, the ProSource Store Manager/husband has to live in the same home. When we spoke with the store manager/husband he was insulting and only slightly more conciliatory than his designer/wife. So, you might want to steer clear. (If you google ProSource Pittsburgh, you will see that they share the same last name.)Below are the details of what happened.Despite our best attempts (since October 2020) to get a basement powder room upgraded/remodeled before May 2021, and multiple visits from the ProSource Pittsburgh "designer/wife" as well as the "recommended installation tradespeople", we have no semblance of a downstairs bathroom. In February we provided all the needed product selections for the bathroom. Nothing was ever ordered. The design consultant was full of excuses and difficult to pin down. Rather, the ProSource design consultant was smooth talking, up-selling, and always delaying. In the end, we foolishly followed her lead and agreed to product installations that wasted our money, were complete failures, and are so unacceptable that new flooring will need to be purchased and installed - and still no bathroom.Additionally, the ProSource design consultant recommended a flooring installer, Azzura Flooring Inc. The owner and his crew behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner throughout and they were totally disrespectful of our home. They used the kitchen as their own. They cut directly on the recently installed Quartzite stone counter tops, leaving it badly marred in several places, ruined a brand new cutting board, left their water/beverage bottles and cans all over my home. They did their cutting in my home, leaving thick dust everywhere.Additionally the contract agreement stated "removal and disposal of hardwood, removal and disposal of carpet, pad and tack strip, and removal and replacement of appliances". NONE of this happened and Mr. Costa breached his contract with us! They left the washer and dryer sitting in the dining room, left wood product and trash strewn on kitchen counter tops and stacks of flooring were discarded in the living room. And, they disposed of the carpet, padding and wood in the backyard. The entire property was a disaster area when they left - with Mr. Costa declaring to me via text "job complete".Further, they also left cardboard taped all over the floors. ProSource and Mr. Thiago Costa the installer, gave the excuse the cardboard was intended to protect the floors for when the movers came. Really?! It is beyond comprehension that ProSource and Mr. Costa are so inexperienced that they don't know movers bring their own floor protection. And, where were the movers going to put the furniture with cardboard taped down everywhere? This lame excuse doesn't hold a shred of truth. The crew just didn't bother to clean-up and ProSource couldn't have cared less. With a day and half before movers were scheduled to deliver our furniture - we were left with a disaster to clean-up. Like long-distance moving isn't stressful enough! When we called the ProSource designer/ wife to advise her of this debacle, she feigned that she wasn't aware we were moving in on May 28 and thought it was in June. (We counted at least 8 emails/text messages where we reminded her of our firm move-in date.) She told told us it was "only cardboard" left to protect the floors for the scheduled move-in and "we all have to work together". Really #!@%? I thought we were working together - you work for us, you deliver, and we pay. As we said before, the ProSource store manager/husband was only slightly more conciliatory. ProSource never reached out to us to see how they could make

Best place to go for all of your flooring, tile, cabinetry and countertop projects! Sales staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. Our materials came in on time, and they even arranged delivery for me for a very reasonable fee! Look forward to working with them again!

We have been working with ProSource for many years, initially through our property management business then personally after we lost our home to a landslide in March of 2018. Dave and Leah are both wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their products, easy to work with and always a great $$$!!! Keep up the good job.

I found ProSource via Google. Once I figured our the super secret password to get in the door it was a pretty nice experience. I met and worked with Anne and highly recommend her and would individually give her a 5-Star rating. She has a great eye for design and really helped us find exactly what we were looking to create. We ended up ordering a significant amount of carpet, vinyl, and 5 different tiles - and then came the Corona. It was interesting remodeling a house during the Corona, because it was truly amazing how differently the various contractors and distributors were handling things. In my opinion ProSource wasn't very clear. One day you were getting a call they were "business as usual" and two days later everyone was laid off.3 Stars. Takeaways: 1. Corona experience is not calculated in my rating. 2. Learn the super secret password so you can shop here. 3. When you gain access make sure you double check your prices. Some stuff is priced awesome, and other stuff is sorta high. Just like everywhere else. 4. Pick-up experience is odd. They don't check anything or inspect anything before it goes out. I personally had 2 separate broken tile orders - Yes, they took care of, but still a hassle. 5. Yes, I'd go back for another project, but I may shop around a little.
