Just finished my loan application with Steven Pastierik at Cranberry PNC branch and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help with the application. He is a model example of a Great Bank Associate. Thanks Steven

Nadia was the best, someone got into my account, and I was so upset when i went in there and she really made me fell much better and helped me through the entire process. Also, she stated that I could call her at any time if I had a question and believe me, I have, and she has been on top of everything. I could not ask for a better person to deal with a situation like I had. Nadia really made me feel like she cared about me. Never let her go she is the best!!!!!!!

This bank used to be so nice and friendly and helpful. Today cameron let it show that he was very annoyed with me being there or i was beneath him or whatever caused the attitude. Ive also never had anyone so meticulously check to make sure my 20’s were real. Anyways he proceeded to not know how to count 1’s and did it so loudly that the whole bank knew how much i was leaving with. Sloppy day at pnc today i guess. Was just making change for the business i work at

I've been trying to call this branch for 20 minutes and nobody ever answered the phone. It just rang for 5 minutes every time I called. Awful customer service

Bank is an absolute joke. No standards of training no consistency. Don't even try to deposit money into an account. They tell you no. The ATM are always broken

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONS ATM's FOR DEPOSITS! The staff was aware of a problem with the ATM's yet did nothing about it to warn customers that if you deposit money into their ATM, it would malfunction and keep your money, not deposit it to your account and wouldn't print a deposit receipt. When you ask for help, be prepared to wait 30 mins only for them to tell you you're out of luck and have to wait 10 days for the dispute to be resolved. Join a credit union. PNC's policy is such that you're to be treated terribly and have your money stolen. They treat you as if your money doesn't belong to you.

PNC will refuse to honor you a refund if someone commits fraud on your account using Zelle. Had someone send money from my bank account using both Zelle and Paypal. Charges were refunded for the $160 Paypal transaction without a problem, but PNC refused to refund the additional $160 Zelle payment because "I had money in my spend account and wasn't in a dire financial situation." Keep in mind I was fighting COVID during this week and was unable to attend work. Zero compassion at this branch. Whether or not I still have money in my account should be irrelevant to the fact that I lost $160 of my hard-earned money fraudulently. I can only speak positively of the teller Collin, who helped me tirelessly for a week trying to get the situation fixed. He did all he could, and that's where the effort ends with this branch. The higher ups do not care. I have been banking with PNC for 5+ years. I will be closing my account and making sure I let everyone know if they want to be protected in cases of fraud, to not EVER bank with PNC. You won't get your money back. I will be filing a complaint.

There is a teller by the name Felicia, who lives by the name “BYE Felicia”. She brushed my financial situation, as well as set blame to the other bank involved. I wouldn’t recommend going to her for any advice unless it has to do with her outside of the facility.

One teller working two drive thru lanes and going back and forth between the two, multiple times, doesn't seem like a good idea.
