I understand that there are rules, but I don’t understand when they don’t apply to all members of Planet. Just a few months ago, I had taken off my CROCS to lift in socks and was told by staff I had to put my shoes back on. I complied. At the time, I was not told CROCS are not allowed. I’ve worn CROCS more than 100 times. Fast forward a few months, I am told to leave because I am not allowed to wear CROCS. At the same time, my BOYFRIEND standing next to me, wearing crocs with socks, was not told to leave. Another young man wearing Birkenstocks with socks has been lifting since I arrived was also not told to leave. The staff member claimed that she makes rounds every 20 minutes to “catch” people wearing sandals. Powerlifting & professional gyms do not even enforce this type of rule. I only go here out of pure convenience.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I would never recommend this gym to anyone based on the current manager. I have visited many planet fitness gym locations out of my current home gym, and have always been welcomed, and treated well. Very disappointed ☹️

Consistently clean, never uncomfortably packed, and more than worth the cost of a basic membership. Front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Best, and biggest planet fitness I ever been. 2 story high. Crunch fitness, Lifetime and other clubhouse I been to is this big but never a Planet Fitness.
Plenty of equipment and space to do whatever you need.

This is a great Planet Fitness location.
The staff is friendly, and the locker rooms are clean. however, like most Planet Fitness locations, between the hours 5 PM and 8 PM It’s impossible to get a good workout in.

I need this gym to truly be 24 hours. The whole reason I joined was to go late nights on the weekends because during the week I work and have children. Are the hours ever going to change back for the weekend ?

The two people working the desk were super cool, a rare find at a Planet Fitness. I'd go back to this location just because I like them.
