I've had my hair cuts at Philip Pelusi for years now, and each time I go, I feel like the service gets better and better! Yesterday I had a cut with Renee and she was just phenomenal. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, checked in with what I thought often, and really made me feel comfortable and heard. Thanks, Renee!

So I used to get my hair cut here every few months. They used to charge 20 bucks for a simple trim and that’s all my hair ever needed. Eventually, they raised their prices by another 10 dollars for a simple haircut! I stoped going here after that and found another place that could give me what I wanted for cheaper. Although they had nice haircuts, they became overpriced for what they were offering. I got my homecoming hair done here before and they did awesome, but that’s not why I’m leaving a bad review. I called today to see if they could help me get semipermanent hair color out of my hair, the person basically said no and good riddance. They said they can only take out color that they have done themselves!! THEY ONLY TAKE OUT BRAND OF COLOR THAT THEY SELL??? I am so confused. Taking semipermanent hair color out is a simple task that requires lighter and 20vol solution with some shampoo. I called another place and they were able to help me out and solve my problem.

Had an appointment, walked in on a day when the county registered 400+ cases of COVID and two deaths, there was a sign on the door saying they were "following CDC protocols," and not a person in the place was masked, staff or customers. Turned around and left.

Sami is amazing! She was able to restore my hair to natural color plus also add some unique color. She restored my damaged hair and was and still am OBSESSED with how it came out. Shout out to all the staff as well as they are so nice when you walk in.

Andrea was nice at first, she said she understood how I wanted my fine/thin hair cut but did not do that. She also didn't know how to blow dry fine/thin hair so it wouldn't be flat on my head. When talking with her about what I had asked her to do, she took it personally and walked away. I felt she should be more mature and able to handle what a customer wanted. She behaved very unprofessional. I left when she walked away the second time and didn't come back for a while. I will never go back there, didn't leave a tip, and probably shouldn't have paid for it.Service: Haircut
