We’ve always liked this store, especially the fish section. It always had the hard to find necessities. The cat items were a mixed bag of good prices as well as very overpriced items. Sad to see this location is closing

Currently have a store closing sale. Took 3 attempts to get an employee to come back to the fish area to get some fish out of the tanks to purchase. The store wasn't busy at all

I usually love my visits here. I feel they do their best to give the animals what they need whileMaking the usual mistakes chain pet stores do. But today I saw this little bearded dragon. He’s obviously about to die. I just found it heart breaking and hope they do something for this little one.

I sometimes go to Petco for aquarium supplies. They have a good selection of foods, aquariums and aquarium equipment.But I hate when I go in there and find there are so many dead fish in the aquarium displays. It makes me really sad.Sometimes an employee will come ask if I need help. But too often I have to chase someone down.

Staff (store manager) was unwilling to help. Restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Women's room had blood all over the toilet, broken toilet paper dispenser that was unusable, no paper towels and broken hand soap dispenser.Be prepared to pay an unannounced amount if you need a bag as well. We haven't shopped here in years and won't ever return.

Tammy in the grooming department did a fantastic job on my Shih-poo! Couldn’t be happier, especially since it was our first time with her. It’s genuinely the best groom he’s had in a very long time…particularly impressed with the level of detail in her work.

Had a bad experience trying to use order pickup for the first time. I set it up so they would bring it out to me. Waited outside for 15 minutes and no one came out. I go inside to get my order and see it on the order pickup shelf. I grab it and start heading to the door just to get hollard at by an employee. I don't expect to use order pickup for Petco in the future.

Petco is a good place to find supplies for your beloved pet. In this particular case they stock in the store, " jolly ball" when your present jolly Ball gets destroyed, you don't have time to wait for it to be delivered. ?

Usually have what we need. Competitive prices with PetSmart but their online pick up is very slow. You have to wait in the regular lines to pick up your order. PetSmart has a button to push and someone not at the register helps you. Also, ID needed? lol Guess they don't want anyone stealing my fish food. ID to pick up my order and no ID to vote. SMH!

I took my siberian husky in several months ago for a "WALK IN" nail trim AS ADVERTISED ONLINE AND IN STORE. Felt like an inconvenience the first time. I tried to give them another chance today. They said they had no time and need to book appointment. WHY ADVERTISE WALK IN SERVICES THAT CLEARLY IS NOT THE CASE. and the unprofessionalism. I will never step foot in their stores again!!!

From the cashier when I walked in and my dog had an accident in the middle of the floor that was just cleaned made me feel as though it was no big deal even though I was embarrassed. To also the gentleman who helped me pick out a good food for my dog that I just rescued , who is malnourished and has bad diarrhea. He helped me find the best solution to try for the best price and also inform me about the money back guarantee if she was not able to tolerate the food or getting a result needed.

I like the sales. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean, well stocked and the live animals, birds, fish and reptiles have clean cages and fresh food and water. The best Petco in Pa!
