“I like this store. It's well stocked, and always has a great selection of items. it's maintained very well and the staff works hard to keep things looking nice. It can get hectic on Saturdays after brunch/lunch so keep in mind there may be a wait on the changing rooms. That is to be expected and no fault of the store, however.”

My recent experience was totally Amazon and they did something I never expected.
My son had requested tailoring for one of the suit at the location and he left for his university. I forgot to pick up when we moved to different state in a two weeks. When my son ask for suit I realized I missed pick it up. I called the store and explained them situation. Within 5 minutes or less they understand my situation and agreed to send me suit at my new address. To my son’s happy surprise they send it in overnight courier.
This is above and beyond our expectations- thanks a lot. While we continue shopping at our new location I will miss Cranberry MW every time. Thanks lot.”

“This Plato's Closet is probably my favorite in the area! First of all, the store is very big and nicely organized. They have a great selection of items and I spent an hour just looking around. As for selling, I had taken my stuff to a different location and was offered $9 for 3 items with no explanation as to why the rest of my new, good condition items could not be purchased. This location offered me $42 and purchased most of my items! The employees were also very friendly, so that was a plus for sure. Will definitely be returning, the extra bit of a drive is 100% worth it!”
