I was shopping with my daughter today at kirklands. I promised my daughter a mother/daughter shopping trip. We started off at Kirklands in cranberry. I have always had such a great experience with customer service at this location. The workers always are helpful and friendly even when they have been swamped with holiday rushes. Todays experience was above and beyond! I dropped my wallet and did not notice. The associate brought it to me a few stores away. I was shocked because I had no clue yet it was missing plus I had a large amount of cash on hand, along with all my credit/bank cards as well as a business bank card. I asked how she knew to find me and she said the clerk that rung us out had heard that we were talking about Ulta so she figured she would try and locate me. I told her that Kirklands sure has gone above and beyond with customer service today! I will never forget them helping us out today and that they went to such an effort to make sure my wallet was returned to me safe and sound! Trust and believe that you are in a great and safe environment with amazing workers and beautiful items paying the best price they can offer when you visit this store! I always loved how the associates would make sure you had the latest coupons available but now this is my favorite part of shopping here!

I always liked Kirklands but the sachet smells are too overwhelming. I left with a headache, dizzy and nauseated.

Nothing special. These stores always seem bland to me. And the latest trend to decorate the walls with "inspiring" words is ridiculous. I hope that goes out of style soon.

I'd give less stars if possible. Went in last night. One other customer in the store, and 2 employees. I came in looking for some end tables and other things. I wasn't greeted, I wasn't asked if I needed help. After walking around the store for 30 minutes I was completely ignored. I wont go back.

This was the first time I went to this store. The place is really cool. They have all kinds of wall decor and some furniture items but only feedback I have it’s bit pricey IMO. The similar kind of wall decors are available in other stores at a lesser price.

LOVE! I can spend a hour walking around this store and still see something new with each turn. So affordable. Just picked up some stuff for my daughters new off campus dorm-adorable!

We didn't realize that the store closed at 7. We got there at 7. The sales person let us look around since she still had customers in the store.She didn't have to do that. I saw a sofa i liked and will go back to look at it again.

Always enjoy going to Kirkland's ! Everyone was so nice especially one of the sales people her name was Lizzie she was very helpful tried so had getting us the best deals !!

This store was really cute. They have a great selection of throw pillows. I also found a solution for holding my massive collection of earrings, something I've been seeking for months. I'll definitely be coming back!
